We are a tile company that specializes in small formats. We are seeking a Customer Service/Admin team member to assist with the launch and operations of a new distribution center in Carrollton, Texas.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Main Support for the sales team in receiving, processing, following up and tracking purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.
- Process and enter customer orders using the company's ERP (ODOO) for order processing in a timely, accurately, and efficiently manner. Provide customers with freight quotes when needed. Assist with stock checks, and pricing.
- Provide ongoing sales support to our customers in person, by phone, email, and other means, ensuring above average communication to provide an excellent customer experience every day, every time.
- Resolve customer service issues. Provides follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures Ability to de-escalate and deal with complaints/negative feedback. Report to management and sales team on on-going issues so we may come up with new operating procedures that will help improve these matters.
- Work cooperatively in team environment. Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude. Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism when interacting with guests, partners, clients, and peers.
- Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management. Maintain a neat and organized workspace. Answers all phone calls incoming into the DC. When possible, handle the call before transferring to a different department.
- Continuously stay up to date on new, discontinued, back orders/supply issues, or out of stock products to ensure appropriate communication with the customer.
- Prepare samples orders with accuracy for accounts and ensures these are shipped in a timely manner.
- Cashier duties may include processing and applying payments to open orders following assigned procedures. Sends open invoices to clients.
- Notifies Sales and Warehouse if orders are changed or canceled.
- Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals, and directives. Follow and Comply with all safety policies and protocols
- Actively participate in all training and office-wide meetings.
- Participate in projects and provide support to sales teams in customer events by assisting with various duties and responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years of previous supervisory experience required (preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment)
- We are looking for someone who likes to run a positive, organized and efficient workplace. Excellent communication skills, team building, delegating and follow-up skills
- Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations (s/f calculations, etc)
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems and other systems such as ODOO (we will train you in ODOO)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to shift gears and direction when needed and meet established deadlines
- Available to work extended hours when needed.
WORKING CONDITIONS (TRAVEL, HOURS, ENVIRONMENT)
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy.
PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Physical Work – Ability exert up to 65 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
